Our dentists are adept at diagnosing and treating oral conditions that affect the very young, more “experienced” dental patients, and everyone in between. We encourage caregivers to schedule visits for their children early. Ideally, we’d like to examine your child for the first time no later than his or her first birthday. This approach helps to get your child familiar with us and comfortable with the process of visiting the dentist. Children are not born to fear the dentist.
In addition to our gentle, friendly way of working with families, we use low-touch technologies to accurately and comfortably detect and treat conditions early. When we intervene effectively early into the decay or gum disease process, we can resolve conditions before they cause pain, other symptoms, and irreversible damage. We also offer safe sedative options for patients across the age spectrum and for patients with varying levels of dental anxiety and fear. We don’t want anxiety to keep you away from the routine check-ups and professional cleanings at our office that keep your smile looking great and maintains your oral health and overall health.
We work closely with patients to prevent the conditions that lead to the need for restorative treatment, such as fillings and crowns, and tooth replacement options like bridges and dentures. Not all damage can be resolved with oral care products, changes to home care, or deep periodontal cleaning. To restore the health and beauty of your smile, we may preserve natural tooth structure with fillings and crowns. Teeth may also be reconstructed with bridges or dentures. Our dentists have advanced training in the newest techniques and technologies. So, you can also benefit from same-day crowns that are made while you wait. We also plan, place, and restore dental implants in-house. Implants support new teeth by functioning as roots in the jaw. Our team can prepare or build up the implant site with our advanced knowledge of bone grafting.
StarBrite Dental eliminates a diverse range of cosmetic concerns to improve the appearance of your smile, including:
- Stained teeth
- Stubborn discoloration
- Chipped teeth, signs of wear
- Uneven spacing
- Irregularly-shaped or irregularly-sized teeth
We use both in-office “power” whitening and professional home treatment with custom whitening trays to safely and predictably lighten stained or discolored teeth. Porcelain veneers may be designed and placed to cover up stubborn discoloration and perfect the smile by correcting many of the concerns listed above, including gaps between the teeth. More moderate spacing and bite issues may be corrected discreetly with Invisalign aligner trays instead of traditional braces.
